Do you experience feelings of loneliness? If so it’s nothing to be ashamed of and a completely natural feeling!

In this session we will be exploring what we think loneliness is, what we think causes it and ways we can alleviate and understand it!

Having understanding creates real connection. Loneliness can feel like it will last forever but it absolutely doesn’t have to. We can really change how we think and feel about it if give ourselves a chance to try.
